Club Times
Currently we train at the Queensferry High (click here for location). Training sessions are held as follows:
| Sunday | 2.30 - 3.30 pm | Red & Yellow Squads |
| 3.30 - 4.30 pm | Green & Blue/Silver Squads |
| Monday | 5.00 - 6.00 pm | Red & Yellow Squads |
| 6.00 - 7.30 pm | Green & Blue/Silver Squads |
Potential new swimmers should contact FAST at info@fastswimmers.co.uk to arrange for an assessment.
Our normal entry criteria are to be able to swim lengths in at least 2 different strokes out of Front Crawl, Backcrawl, Butterfly and Breaststroke.
